Simple Divorce Project

Oftentimes, obtaining a divorce can be an important first step to help someone move on from a difficult or even dangerous situation.  However, due to the overwhelming amount of paperwork, the complicated legalese involved in the process, the fees involved, and the "fear factor" of going to court alone, too many people do not avail themselves of this potential life changing opportunity.  

 

With MFS/LAS, PBN is making a dent in this dire need. In handling a case, the PBN attorneys meet with their client, fill out all necessary court filings, write the petition, file the case and then represent the client during the prove up in front of a domestic relations judge.  Working with the client, the attorneys are able to walk them through this process and help them move onto a better future.
